Successful 25th SARA Superdag
On Thursday, December 3, SARA organized a special edition of the annual Superdag. This year was a jubilee; the Superdag wasl held for the 25th time.
Theme of this event was:
Supercomputing for a sustainable future.
SARA was very pleased that Prof. Dr. Jack Dongarra and Dr. William Kramer have acted as keynote speakers. Jack Dongarra is a Distinguished Professor of Computer Science in the EECS Department at the University of Tennessee. William Kramer is Deputy Director of Blue Waters at NCSA/University of Illinois.
The event was meant for users of the national supercomputer Huygens, and other interested parties.
The 25th SARA Superdag was held in the Turingzaal at Science Park Amsterdam.
